A Gluten Free Diet Can Make You Feel Healthier

By Stephan Wilmes

A dissatisfaction with your appearance can lead to severe psychological problems, such as depression and a low self esteem. Consistent skin problems can result in this, especially when nothing you try seems to cure it. Minor acne, or even severe skin blisters, can all stem from the same cause and this is an intolerance to gluten, which you may not even realize that you have. A gluten free diet could be the answer to these problems, and if you have not yet tried it, it could drastically improve your life.

Many cakes and biscuits contain a high level of proteins, and even products that you may not realize, such as certain forms of medication, also utilize this type of protein in their tablets so make sure you read the labels.

Although this protein might be the leading cause of your skin condition, due to the way in which it inflames your gut, it is probable that the high acidity level of your blood is also assisting it in doing so.

If you eat a lot of red meat and poultry, especially pork, and consume a large amount of dairy products such as cheese, cream and milk, it is highly likely that your blood is extremely toxic.

You can easily combat this effect by eating foods that contain alkaline, which will neutralize the acid in your blood. Green vegetables are a great source of this, and these types of foods need to make up the majority of your new diet.

There are specific skin care regiments that are based on the use of alkalines, in order to directly neutralize the pH level of your skin. Search through the huge variety of forums and discussions on the internet, so that you can choose one that is perfect for you and that can support your new diet in changing the appearance of your skin for the better.
